RETURN POLICY

EGG Solution is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with its products and services. As a convenience to the customer, and in order to facilitate the transaction, we also offer customers the opportunity to purchase certain digital cameras as a bundle package with EGG Solution Lens, in addition to offering website hosting services. The following is the return policy with respect to the products and services offered:

Lenses:
EGG Solution Lenses may not be returned or exchanged UNLESS returned unopened and undamaged in its original packaging and with all accompanying components and literature within Seven (7) calendar days of the date of receipt of the Lens by the customer. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from all returns or exchanges of Lenses.
Refurbished Lenses:
Refurbished Lenses, however, are sold “as-is” and may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstance(s), regardless of whether purchased individually or as part of a Lens and hosting package (i.e., 360 RealTour Pack). All sales of Refurbished Lenses are final.

Hosting Services:
For all Hosting Services purchased as part of a Lens and hosting package (i.e., 360 RealTour Pack) or purchased separately and/or individually, please refer to the Customer Agreement for the termination policy. All EGG Solution hosting services may be cancelled and/or terminated pursuant to the terms of the Customer Agreement only.
However, if an EGG Solution Lens (or Lenses) is purchased at a special discounted rate as part of a package deal with website hosting services (i.e., 360 RealTour Pack) and the customer elects to cancel the Hosting Services but retain the Lens (or Lenses), the customer will be required to pay the difference between the current retail price of the EGG Solution Lens (or Lenses) purchased and the special discounted rate actually paid for by the customer at the time of purchase.

Cameras:
Cameras may not be returned or exchanged UNLESS returned unopened and undamaged in its original packaging and with all accompanying components and literature within Seven (7) calendar days of the date of the customer’s receipt of the camera. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from all returns or exchanges of cameras.

Videos:
All sales of Videos, including, without limitation, training videos, are final and may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
Return Procedure:
Before returning any product(s), the customer must contact a EGG Solution Limited representative at 1-323-687-6829 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which the Company shall promptly provide. In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, EGG Solution Limited must receive the returned or exchanged product(s), shipped at the customer’s expense, within seven (7) calendar days of the customer’s receipt of a RMA number. All products should be shipped in its original containers. No returns or exchanges will be made without a RMA number clearly indicated on the outside shipping label of the product(s). The customer shall bear the risk and expense of any loss, damage, or destruction sustained in transit by any product returned or exchanged by the customer, regardless of the cause. In the event of an exchange, all replacement products shall be shipped to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Warranty:
All EGG Solution products come with a one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects of the product, effective from the Invoice Date. All items purchased as a Lens and camera bundle hold separate warranties from the respective manufacturer. For warranty details, please see the warranty notice(s) included in the packages.
