Referral Program Terms and Conditions:

1. A Qualified Referral is defined as a prospect to buy an EGG Solution Product under a 3 months time frame.
2. Net Sales is the final 'after discount' sales amount which includes all products & services.
3. A successful referral denotes a sale/deal that is made between Real Point Corporation and your referred party and not cancelled by your referred party.
4. To be eligible for Commission attribution, a sale has to be made between your referred party/company and Real Point Corporation under 3 months from the date of referral registration. Subsequent sales/deals between Real Point Corporation and your referred party/company will be excluded from this program.
5. You Must have no authority in the customer buying decision.
6. You shall not accept the referral Comission or the equivalent value without your Company's permission.
7. You will be notified for Commission attribution when a full amount of the invoice of the sale or deal is settled.
8. Self-referral or referral of any person within the same department/company will not be accepted.
9. Commission payment will be made by Real Point Corporation by Check under a delay of 30days following the sale.

Comission rates might be revised at anytime by EGG Solution with no Prior notice.

The comission rate that will be applied to your sale is the latest revised rate published on the day the sale is closed.

12. In any disputes, Real Point’s decisions will be final.
